"Vintage" bear (aka > 20 years old) from our store stock, which reminds us we've been in the teddy bear biz a long time!
This is:
North American Bear Company, Muffy Vanderbear Couture "Jingle Bells." This boxed item consists of ornately dressed Muffy Vanderbear, Christmas theme. From 2003. The bear is 8.5" in size and made from plush fur. Muffy is mounted on a doll stand and the stand is taped onto the packaging. This piece has not been taken out, but it can be removed. I've photographed it as closely as possible.
This item was a display item from our shop and has been in storage.
We do not see any damage to the bear or clothing. However we did not remove Muffy from the package so we only visualized what we could. The box has a couple scratches on the clear plastic part of the cardboard sleeve from storage. I noticed a small tear where the stand it taped onto the box, which is a piece you'll be pulling off when you remove Muffy from the packaging.
